C S Reddy

Mr. Reddy has been a visiting faculty at the Coady International Institute, Canada for the past 6 years teaching international certificate courses on community based microfinance in Canada, Ethiopia and India.

Mr. Reddy works closely with Government of India and State Governments of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha, Telangana, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh on various policy issues and advise them on program implementation. He is on the Executive Committee of the Smart Andhra Pradesh Foundation, established by Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Mr. Reddy also worked with CARE International in India for a period of 12 years. He provided advisory and consultancy services to the IFAD, World Bank, DFID, CGAP, GIZ Germany, DGRV Germany, CARE, CRS, Raks Thai Foundation of Thailand, State Governments and a large number of NGOs in India. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Commitments NGO, member of the Managing Committee of Stree Nidhi, a State Level Apex Financial Cooperative of women SHG federations, of Government of Telangana. He is also engaged in number of national & regional level networks NGOs on themes related to financial inclusion and livelihoods promotion.

He is the founding CEO & Managing Director of MAS (formerly known as APMAS) and Sadhikaratha Foundation, not-for-profit national level technical support organizations with a vision “Sustainable Women Self Help Movement in India”.
